Q: If I buy higher quantity, do I get a discount?
A: Yes, we have different price levels for quantity and truckload orders.
Q: What is the spacing of the D Rings?

Q: Can I get other sizes and colors than what is offered for sale on your website?
A: Yes, we offer the most popular sizes and colors on our website, but we will make a tarp any size, configuration or color that you want. Just give us a call 888-611-TARP (8277)
Q: How quickly will my tarps ship out?
A: Standard tarps for sale on our website are usually in stock and will ship the same day if ordered before 3:00 pm eastern standard time, or next day if ordered after 3:00 pm eastern standard time. Tarps with requested alterations or custom tarps usually take between one and two weeks depending on our current work load at the time of order.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We ship with multiple carriers to give you the best price depending on order size and weight. We also welcome you to pick up your orders at our location 42 Hilliard St. Manchester CT 06042. We have a pull through lot and are only two minutes off of I-84.
Shipping and Handling: We will ship with the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified. We will ship C.O.D. Note: No orders will be shipped without payment, prior to having an account set up with us.
Terms of Sales: All prices on this website are retail prices and do not include any applicable sales taxes or shipping and handiling fees. All sales are final.
Warranty: All products manufactured by Kaplan Tarps, Kaplan Tarps and Cargo Cotrols, and/or 3333 LLC are CUSTOM and not returnable. How ever we do offer a 60 day warranty for workmanship on tarps that we manufacture, if within 60 days you believe there is a problem with the tarp simply send it back to us (Kaplan Tarps, Kaplan Tarps and Cargo Cotrols, and 3333 LLC are not responsible for return shipping), and we will inspect it and repair or replace at our discretion. All products sold by Kaplan Tarps, Kaplan Tarps and Cargo Controls and/or 3333 LLC but not manufactured by us are covered by the original manufacturers warranty.
Sales Taxes: All Connecticut residents will be charged 6.35% sales tax.

Payment Methods: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, debit cards, and comcheks. We also may accept business checks from customers at our convience and after running a credit check. We will also ship C.O.D which will be subject to applicable fees. For CORPORATE or MUNICIPAL payment terms, contact us for an application to set up an account.
Product Photography: We take great care to accurately describe each item and to include a high quality photo for each item. However, computer monitors vary in thier ability to accurately display images, for this reason we can not gaurantee that the colors or products will be exact matches. Please feel free to call us at 888-611-TARP (8277) if you have any specific questions on product specifications.
Refunds: NO REFUNDS on products manufactured by Kaplan Tarps, Kaplan Tarps and Cargo Controls, and/or 3333 LLC as these products are CUSTOM. Products that are not manufactured by us may be returned if they are in new and unopened condition for a refund of the products cost at our discretion. Shipping and/or Handling fees do not apply.
